Bloomsburg Horse Center Keystone Legacy April 24th – 26th
Arrival Time:
Can start arriving any time Friday April 24th
Any early arrivals on Thursday will be charged an additional night camping fee
Performances:
Friday: 6pm Performance Saturday: 8am Slack Saturday: 4pm Performance Sunday 10am Slack
Stalls:
Stalls are a requirement for this arena. Stalls will be $75 each for the weekend. Each stall will come with one bag of shavings. Extra shavings will be available for purchase at $10
Trailer/Camper Hook-Ups:
Hook up: $125 (for 2 nights) ($60 for Thursday)
Hook ups are limited to 60 spots and will be distributed evenly throughout the states. Camping spots will be posted with the draw.
Dry Camping: $50 ($25 for Thursday)

Mandatory Contestant Meeting:
Contestant Meeting will be at 4pm sharp in the grandstands on Friday 4/24/26.
Church Service:
Cowboy church will be held at 8:00 AM on Sunday in the grandstands

Entry fees are required for EACH day and MUST be paid prior to competing. JR High/High School—

Rodeo Dress Code for Contestants (this also applies to parents and helpers in the arena):
This dress code starts an hour before the slack, performance, and student meetings. Dress code will be enforced when in and around the arena.

PHSRA is excited to host the NHSRA Legacy Series in Pennsylvania again for 2026. Keystone Legacy will be held in April, at Keystone Horse Center in Bloomsburg, PA. Stay tuned as details will begin to flow in!!
