when it is emailed back your check will be mailed to the address on the form. If you won over $400 you MUST include your Social Security number.
PHSRA is excited to host the NHSRA Legacy Series in Pennsylvania again for 2026. Keystone Legacy will be held in April, at Keystone Horse Center in Bloomsburg, PA. Stay tuned as details will begin to flow in!!
